Testament, the 2nd winged mech developed nearly around the same time as the Res Novae. Testament is an 'Armless' mech, though it seems there are no arms, the 2 spheres are it's arm weapons and are independent EOs capable of evading enemy fire and using cover. Testament is also equipped with a very strong ECM system therefore targeting Testament will be very difficult and is a very fast mech. Testament focuses mainly on energy weapons. A PhantasmaStriker signature design.

Awesome mech!!!!! It is almost like a sentient mecha ,or i'm wrong??? Either way its an awesome desing

Of all your many mecha this may be my very favorite, and the specs explanation makes it sound that much more badass. Who needs arms when you're that awesome?

That thing is /smokin'/. I'm still geeking out a little bit over here.

I can give one more tip to make testament a hell lot cooler.

Add two more wings like unit behind, but instead of exceed orbit weapons system. Make the wing are equipped Thrusters at the back shape a little like nice sharp wings, cause he looks like he has the firepower and weight..... but not enough thruster to haul those big toys around.
